Pancho Arbulu is a 47-year-old surfer, who represented Peru and finished fourth in the AS-5 Assist Division at the 2016 Stance ISA World Adaptive Surfing Championship.
A former pilot, Arbulu fulfilled his dream of learning to fly. Unfortunately, one night while on his way to the airport he was involved in a tragic car accident that would leave him a quadriplegic and change his life.
Unable to continue his dream job, Arbulu found a way to continue supporting his family and used surfing as an outlet for a new passion. He also practices boxing and driving to keep always pushing his limits.
